Terms of Service

By submitting a reservation on denverdirectmail.com, you agree to these terms.

Commitment and Payment

All reservations are for a 3-month commitment. The first $1,000 payment is charged at checkout. Subsequent payments of $1,000 are due on June 15, 2026 and July 15, 2026. All payments are non-refundable once your niche is confirmed for the first issue.

Niche Exclusivity

We reserve the right to cancel and refund a reservation if we determine that a submitted business directly competes with a previously reserved business in the same issue.

Ad Creative

You agree to provide your logo and offer within 7 days of reservation confirmation. We reserve the right to use reasonable creative judgment in designing your ad.
