How does the one-business-per-niche guarantee work?+
Each issue has 16 advertiser slots, and we only allow one business per niche per issue. When you reserve, your category is locked for all three issues of your commitment — no competitors will appear alongside you in the same mailer.
What's included in the price?+
Everything: graphic design (we'll build your ad from scratch if you don't have one), print, postage, distribution to 10,000 homes per month, call tracking, and QR code analytics. The only thing you bring is your business and your offer (we can help with this too if need be).
How big is my ad?+
Each ad is 3″ × 4″ — premium real estate on a 9″ × 12″ oversized postcard, printed on 14pt cardstock with full-color UV gloss on both sides.
Why a 3-month commitment?+
One issue is a test. Three is a campaign. Your three issues mail to 30,000 of the highest-income, highest-spending households across Denver's most valuable zip codes — 80206, 80209, and 80210. That kind of saturation is what builds local awareness and converts cold prospects into customers.
When will my ad arrive in mailboxes?+
The first issue mails June 15. After that, every issue lands by the 15th of the month. We send to print on the last day of the prior month.
Who exactly are you mailing to?+
We mail to the highest-income, highest-spending households throughout 80206, 80209, and 80210 zip codes. These are homeowners with the disposable income to actually act on a great local offer: the dentist they've been meaning to switch to, the landscaper they need before summer, the financial advisor they should've called last year. We partner with multiple data providers to filter for the most optimal and responsive households on every send. We do not mail to PO Boxes or businesses.
What if I don't have an offer or design ready?+
We'll help you build both. Most of our advertisers either don't have an ad designed or want help crafting an offer that actually converts. That's included.
What if I want to cancel?+
Your 3-month commitment is set in stone and non-refundable once you secure your niche for the first issue. After your three months are complete, you can cancel anytime — no auto-renewal traps.
Can I see the list of who's already advertising?+
Yes. Every reserved business is listed publicly on our reservation page so you can verify there's no direct conflict with your business before you commit.
